We went down to the Rose Bowl on New Years Eve with our good friends the Bates. We got to take a sneak peek at some of the floats for the Tournament of Roses Parade. It is amazing to see these floats up close like this! They are gorgeous covered in all those flowers! (The picture below is of the Asimo robot float.)

We had a great time with you guys. And the kids were definitely more attentive during the parade the next day! The pics from the arboretum are great! Glad you guys had such a fun day.

I'm so jealous. I really want to see that some time. The park in your post below looks amazing too. There is so much fun stuff to do there. I can't believe you won't be there for very much longer! It'll be nice having you guys closer. Thanks again for doing my hair over Christmas. It has been so nice and I know that was a sacrifice. Love ya, sis!
